LMK00338: Recommended circuit to convert LMK00338 HCSL output to LVDS?

Hi,

My PCIe switch requires a 1.8V LVDS input for the clock.  Is there a recommended circuit to convert the HCSL output clocks from the LMK00338 to LVDS signalling?  (1.2v offset, 600 mVpp swing)
