    If you are looking for the definition of integrated phase noise, here is the details.

    For example, if you have a phase noise plot like below.

    To calculate the integrate phase noise, first of all, you have to define the integration bandwidth. For example, between 200Hz and 500kHz.

    Then the integrated phase noise will be equal to the area in green. Assume L(f) represents the phase noise curve. 

    The area of the green region is equal to 

    The above equation returns the single-sideband integrated phase noise. To get double-sideband integrated phase noise, multiply this equation by 2.
