    Hello Delmore,

    When the second image shows, if you follow the instructions to:

    1. disconnect the USB cable from USB2ANY
    2. Hold down the BSL button while connecting the cable to USB2ANY (you may need a pin or small wire to push the button through the small hole)

    It should allow you to upload the firmware for USB2ANY for version 2.7.0.0.

    If you do this, TICS Pro should then be able to communicate with the USB2ANY which would then allow you to communicate with the LMK04821EVM.
