Hi Team,

Good day! Could you help us answer the question from our customer. This might be confidential so I asked here internally. 

Here it is:

1. Do performe TID on the packaged product as is? Or do you remove the lid and perform it?

2. If you remove the lid, please provide the following information

  - material of the package and lid

  - thickness of the lid

  - thickness of the other five sides

    Hi Jonathan,

    TID testing on space grade products is done on fully packaged products.  The lids are not removed.  Note that there is very little shielding of gamma radiation from the lids.
