LMK05028: TICS Pro problem

Hi,

My customer has been using TICS Pro to generate register setting of LMK05028.

When the customer executed "MATLAB Run Script" to generate register settings in TICS Pro,

suddenly the message "The function or variable 'matlabrc' is undefined." was displayed and it was no longer executed...

And the following message was displayed in TICS Pro.

File not found: C:\ProgramData\Texas Instruments\TICS Pro\Configurations\Devices\Network Synchronizer Clock (Digital PLLs)\LMK05028\romdump.txt RUN Script results imported.

Will you tell me what should I do about the problem?

Hello Takumi,

Did the run script work previously or it never worked from the start?
