LMX2594: Clock output is not correct

Part Number: LMX2594

I am 1st time using LMX2594. Input clock is 100MHz, Out put required is 120MHz, But i am getting 124MHz.

I programmed all registers as per TicsPro values, but Lock signal is coming.

No sync, No RAMP mode.

Please help me to debug the problem

Hi,

I have attached Tics pro file and schematic file. I am using LMX2594 to generate clock internal ADC of xilinx RFSOC FPGA

Hi,

The attached configuration file looks good and it is for 150MHz output, which should generate the exact output frequencies.

As you mentioned above, it shows the lock detect signal, when you configure for 120MHz or 150MHz (from above config file) but not correct frequency.

Here are few things to check,

1. Is your OSCin input reference is correct frequency (100MHz)? also the required amplitude level?

2. For measurement, check the output at lower span with configured output frequency.
