NC pins

Hi,

In the datasheet of the LMK04208 for NC pin the descriptions says "No Connection. These pins must be left floating." Could you confirm if these pins are internally connected or not?

Hi,

The NC pins may be internally connected and wants to avoid any disruption with externally connection. That's why make these pins must be floating.

Thanks four your answer. But I want confirmation that the pins are internally connected because I want to avoid any floating metal on my board. Please could you confirm?

Hi Mathieu,

Most of the “N/C” pins do not have internal connections except a few of them do have internal connections..

For proper operation, you should leave all “N/C” pins floating to preventing potential problems.

Do not connect anything to the N/C pins.

Hi,

As I said, I want to avoid floating metal that's why I want to connect these pins (internally or externally to GND or with pull-down).

Can I connect a 1Meg pull down to GND on the N/C pins with internal connections?
