A millisecond timer switch

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC555, NE555

Hi TI experts,

I am surveying some idea to do a millisecond timer switch.

Any microcontrollers cannot be used in my application.

The circuit operation is described as below.

1. Initial states: output logic 0.

2. For 0s ~ 50ms: output logic 1.

3. For 50ms ~ 2450ms: output logic 0.

4. Return to phase 2.

The logic high can set to 3.3V or 5V level, which the output signal controls MOSFET as a switch.

Is there any comments about how to design the circuit?

I may need some components to start designing and running some simulations by TINA.

Thanks in advance.

Ric.
