    Hello Hemalatha,

    The LMC555 datasheet states "The LMC555 device is a CMOS version of the industry standard 555 series general-purpose timers." It was originally produced by National Semiconductor, but is now produced by TI and is the equivalent of TI's TLC555 timer. Their specifications are very close as they are intended for the same uses.

    There isn't a simulation model for the LMC555, but there are both TINA-TI and PSpice for TI models for the TLC555. I suggest you use one of those models for your '555 CMOS timer simulations. You can find them here:
