LMK05028: EEPROM Reading issue upon power cycle

Hi There,

We are using LMK05028 device in our design and we are trying to program the chip through TICSPRO. (v1.7.5.4). Attached the .tcs file for reference. The programming successful and we are able to see the respective clocks upon programming. But, once we power cycle the board, the output clocks are not as per configuration file loaded to EEPROM.

Measured the voltage at HW_SW_CTRL and it is 0V (pulling to GND directly through jumper).

Could you please comment, what could be probable debugs we could perform to check following?

1. Whether EEPROM programming is really successful?

2. What is the status of HW_SW_CTRL upon power cycle, that is latched by the device.

3. Any corruption in data reading.
