Could you please let us know the mode selection and the operation behavior under the following conditions?

CASE1 : HW_SW_CTRL = M, REFSEL = H/L

CASE2 : HW_SW_CTRL = H/L, REFSEL = M

Hi Motoyasu,
The device is only capable of working in the following three modes: EEPROM page 0, EEPROM page 1 or fallback mode. What are you trying to achieve?

What do you define as "board failure?"

Board failure means assembly failure, such as open of chip resister etc.

Hi Motoyasu,
If for any reason device cannot load EEPROM page, it will revert to fall back mode.
