Part Number: LMX2487
The data sheet for the LMX2487 does not give a source or sink current range for the OSCout buffer.
How much current can be sourced or sinked to/from the buffer output? Also what are the ranges for the high and low output levels?

Hi Bernard,
I was just able to find an EVM to check this out. I think the driving capability of this output is pretty low. VOL = GND; VOH = Vcc (up to 60MHz OSCin, VOH is reducing with higher OSCin frequencies. At 110MHz OSCin, VOH = Vcc - 0.6V).
OSCout expects high impedance load. I can see waveform distortion even with a 13kΩ load at below 30MHz OSCin, higher frequencies is fine, there is distortion.
What is your OSCin frequency? I can get a OSCout plot to you at your OSCin frequency.
