I designed a product using LMX2694-EP.When the product works at +60℃. RF output from the main frequency display spurt 200KHz. When the product works at +60℃. But at slightly lower temperatures, the 200KHz spurious disappeared. The output spectrum is shown below. RF output from the main frequency display spurt 200KHz.
1)Why spurious particles occur at high temperatures;
2)How to eliminate it.
