CDCDB400: For RC19004A replace

Hi,

I would like to find RC19004A replace for customer. I found CDCDB400 also can support PCIE gen5, but seems Additive RMS jitter is higher than RC19004A.

CDCDB400~25fs

RC19004A~10fs

Or there have any better solution for RC19004A?
