LMK04832: Not use JESD204B IP

We want to build a custom board using LMK04832 and Kintex Ultrascale, the Xilinx FPGA.
I will not use JESD204B in FPGA.
Please check if LMK04832 is available.
I know it is overspec, but there is a board made using LMK04832, so I want to use it.
