LMX2594: Output Power Across Frequency (Figure 18)

Datasheet Figure 18 shows the Output power across frequency from 3GHz to 15GHz.

1. As product is spec'ed to support 10MHz to 15GHz, do we have the 10MHz to 3GHz output power across this lower frequency range also?

2. If possible, do provide the data in excel or csv format.

Hi Eddie,

here is the data with resistor pull-up and power setting of 31.

10MHz to 1GHz: 7dBm to 7.3dBm

2GHz: 8dBm

3GHz: 8.4dBm

Thank you for this data.

Figure 18 used OUTx_PWR = 50, while your data was based on OUTx_PWR=31. Do you have the data based on OUTx_PWR = 50?

Hi Eddie,

States 32 to 47 are redundant and mimic states 16 to 31. In short, the output power is same with OUTx_PWR = 31 or 50.
