LMK05318B: Device register image checking/comparison post-programming

1.  "Reason for asking was because after starting to check the register bit 5 of R157, customer encountered production units still fail on programming and later able to pass testing just by reprogram the part."

• Please correct me if I understood incorrectly: the customer noticed that the NVMCRCERR gets flagged on some units but after reprogramming, NVMCRCERR gets cleared and device behaves as expected?

2. The customer can readback the EEPROM using the instructions listed in Section 9.5.8 Read EEPROM

Hi Jennifer,

for Q1 customers didn't get flagged on register NVMCRCERR  after the programming but some units fail on functional test with failure units able to fix through reprogramming of LMK05318.

whereas for Q2, you may close loop on seperate e2e thread with CK Yong which you're already in communication. Hence should this thread be considered closed & shift focus to customer's post?

Please elaborate further by what is meant by "failed". Do outputs not show up? Are the incorrect settings programmed?
