Hi Jennifer, so what do you believe is the cause of the problem ?  Because when we did the remote session the output went away as soon as we tried to set to 400MHz. If you believe the board and code to be good why does it work there but not here ? Maybe you could send the board back and set up a remote session so that you can look at/set the registers etc ? Just to clarify, my problem is the board doesn't work on the bench here and without that I can't make the measurements that I need to make. Thanks.

1. Yes, we can discuss after you receive the board (it has been shipped, it should arrive on Monday). I programmed the EEPROM to output 400 MHz by default. This means that after power-up (without TICS PRO programming), 400 MHz outputs should be visible. 
2. I'm not clear on the differences between here and there as I only loaded the config file I shared and the outputs could be seen. No additional changes were made. By the way, I also generated a new config using the TICS PRO GUI using the steps I went through in the call/email and could also get the 400 MHz output.

That sounds great all I need is to be able to measure on a scope and spectrum analyzer so if it gives me 400MHz out of the box we should be able to close this. But either way I'll touch base once the board is here. Best Steve.
