The watchdog I am using in my circuit is throwing the reset pulse once every 1 second after it does not detect the input pulse , however, my application needs the reset pulse to be after 30s - 1 min after the missing input pulse, how could i achieve thaf,

If your reset pulse meets the following timing, you can use it to trigger TPL5110 to generate another pulse with longer pulse width.
In Manual One-shot mode, the DRV output pin from TPL5110 will turn LOW for a configurable time up to 7200s, when there is a valid pulse signal present at the DELAY/M_DRV pin.
