LMK05318B: BAW_Lock status with APLL counter in fractionnal mode

Part Number: LMK05318B

Hi,

I use LMK05318B for cleaning a noisy signal at 10MHz or at 10.7MHz in order to deliver 10MHz clocks for the following stages in my system.

I face a problem with BAW_Lock signal:

When the noisy signal applied to XO input is10.000MHz, the APLL counter is integer. And BAW_Lock status is operating properly; set to 1 when the BAW is locked and 0 if non.

When the noisy signal is 10.700MHz applied to XO input, the APLL counter is fractionnal (please have a look at following screenshot). In this case the BAW_Lock status remains at 0 in any case. Impossible to get a reliable information about the BAW locking status.

In fractional mode, is it normal that the BAW_Lock status remains at 0 even when the loop seems locked.(stable 10.000000MHz output)

If yes how can I get a reliable information about BAW loop status ?

Thanks for your help
