LMK05318B: Oscillator pins threshold level?

Hi Experts,

We would like to ask your assistance on this query about LMK05318BRGZR device:

[1] Does XO_P and XO_N have threshold voltage?

Couldn't find this information from D/S. I am only seeing threshold to other input pins.

Please confirm.

    Hi Archie,

    Yes, we specify that as the voltage swing level on page 10.

    VIN_SE: use this value for single-ended inputs, such as LVCMOS. This is measured by probing XO_P single-endedly.

    VIN_DIFF: use this for differential inputs. This is measured by probing XO_P and XO_N differentially.

    VID: use this for differential inputs. This is measured by probing either XO_P or XO_N single-endedly.
