LMK00105: tRise, tj min/max

Hello,

Though the datasheet specify typical tRise and tj as follows.

My customer would also like to know minimum and maximum tRise and tj.
From characterization data, can TI estimate min/max values for those parameters?

    Hello Kazuhiko,

    There are not maximum or minimum values in the data sheet because there is no maximum or minimum value that will cause the buffer to function incorrectly. Therefore, we don't have that data, or estimates, that will give you those values. That is the purpose of having a typical value in the data sheet, to give an idea of what the value is under the specified testing conditions. Again, the value for these two characteristics should not affect the LMK00105 buffer.
