It is stated that applying of OSCIN signal before the LMX2694's supplies power on does not hurt the part.
According to the datasheet OSCIN signal directly enters the OSCIN buffer. We are just wondering whether this buffer is damaged if a signal enters before the supply ON.
In the datasheet, Section 7.5.1 Recommended Initial Power-Up Sequence, no data is provided about the sequence of OSCIN signal.
What is the recommended order of the OSCIN signal for the most reliable programming?
