CDCLVP1204: About IN_SEL VIH/VIL

Part Number: CDCLVP1204

Hi,

I'm sorry.
Tell me again about IN_SEL's Vih/ViL.

Checking the specifications of the LVCMOS input, it is an external threshold voltage applied to complementary input.
On the other hand, IN_SEL is a single-ended input, so there is no complementary input.

Vth is ”1.1V min to 1.8Vmax”. and
VIH is " Vth + 0.1V min to VCC max
VIL is from 0V min to Vth - 0.1V max

What are the specific VIH/VIL values?

my calculation
 VIH = 1.1 + 0.1V min
 VIL = 1.8 - 0.1V max
Is this correct?

Best regards,
Hiroshi

  • Hi Hiroshi,

    I have checked this again and it seems there is confusion about INSEL being LVCMOS pin. INSEL is has a internal pull down and you need to set the INSEL to VCC or 0 to get the output. LVCMOS input level are defined for CLKIN inputs, that's why it mentions complementary input.

    Current datasheet just defines the INSEL as a binary 0 and 1 in the table and there are no VIH or VIL defined for it in datasheet.

    Best,

    Asim
