Can anyone tell me how I can find an 28 pin IC adapter for an old DIP TMS1121NLL Clock timer?
My problem is that I purchased a kit from the UK some 25 years ago and the IC which came with the kit has a pin pitch of approx. 0.4
Length (pin centre to pin centre) = 23mm
Width (pin centre to pin centre) = 11mm
HOWEVER,
The PC board which the TMS1121NLL is supposed to fit into has:
Length (pin centre to pin centre) = 34 mm
Width (pin centre to pin centre) = 16 mm
I tried to have the kit supplier rectify the problem without success, now that I have retired from work it would be nice to complete the project.
What I NEED is the specific pin type descriptio for such an adapter. The ones I have purchased from various suppliers do not fit this IC.
