TICSPRO-SW: Issue using LMK5B33216 with TICSPro software

Hi Team,

The TICSPro crashed while our customer is running the GUI with LMK5B33216. Please see the screenshot below. I have searched the forum if there are similar issues but didn't find one. What could be the caused of this error?

Hi Danilo,

I was able to successfully load the device on v 1.7.5.7. It looks like you are using an old version of TICSPro since device loading screen shows a old date for this device.

Can you reinstall TICSPro from web and see if that fixes your issue. This issue is related to a missing file in current install.

Let me know if this fixes your problem, otherwise we can look further into this.

I have performed several remove/download/installation of the application. Removed also the app data but i got always the same result. I'm able to download the devices version you show. Do you have other suggestions to solved this issue?

For now, you will have to revert to a previous version of TICS Pro. I am going through our release process presently to have this bug fixed as soon as possible.

Our customer would like to reinstall the old version of TICS Pro but it's no longer available from the download site. Can you please share a copy?

I would like to confirm if the latest version of the TICS Pro has been uploaded to our website because can't verify from our side since it requires software export control.

The latest version is up right now:

Note that there is now a programming page for generating a reduced register file, if desired (only writeable registers, and no writes to disabled APLLs/DPLLs save for the enable bits, but checking "Remove registers for unused features"). Additionally, the "Generate for Startup Programming" button allows for the creation of a procedure for startup without glitches on the output clocks - the steps are detailed in the commented lines in the window.

If seeing the hex value and the register name is desired, the dropdown can be changed to "Register name & hex register value".

This additional page is present for the LMK5B33216, LMK5C33216, and LMK5B33414.
