I know that in LMX2581 EVB i can get the best capacitor for the VCO calibration by clicking on the "setup fast calibration" button.

how can i get the best capacitor for LMX2594?

or if the calibration is being done automatically behind the scenes, do i need to calibrate the VCO frequency by other way?

what is the purpose of VCO_CAPCTRL ?

There are couples of way to reduce VCO calibration time, they are listed in table 5.

Please read the following application note on the details on VCO calibration and the definition of CAPCTRL.
