LMK5C33216: SPI_3WIRE_DIS default

Hello,

Clarification, the default condition of the SPI_3WIRE_DIS register is "0x1 = 3-wire SPI readback disabled" 

By this I expect that 4-wire readback is the default?

However, none of the GPIO pins default to 0xF = SPI Readback Data (SDO)

Is it expected that the after POR the desired GPIO pin would need to be set to 0xF = SPI Readback Data (SDO) before the 4-wire readback will be active?
