CDCLVC1310-EVM: Saw Function as Output, Not Square Wave

I have tested this on our EVM and I don't see any problem. I get a perfect square wave output. Could you provide more details about your setup OE pin etc?

For the OE pin, I have J48 shorted, which is Vcc. Still not getting a clean square wave.

I am using an SMA to BNC adapter with an x1 BNC oscilloscope probe. The EVM consumes 3.3V with about 96mA.

Can you tell bandwidth of the scope, probe and capacitance on this BNC cable ? This is very low frequency but its still good to look at these.

I am using two scopes, one of which has the following:

The bandwidth of the scope is 60MHz.

The capacitance of the scope is 10pF.

The probe is an SMA to SMA connector 

I am getting the same output across all my scopes.

Please share a waveform as well. Can you also use a higher bandwidth scope then this?
