Can i know if there is a configurable settings for LMK03318 that set the Out0-Out5, to output a fixed 100Mhz LVDS output ?

There is not a preconfigured ROM setting for this application. This will have to be created in TICS Pro (https://www.ti.com/tool/TICSPRO-SW) - I have created an example configuration that you can review:
