CDCM6208: Replacement for Clock Generator

While these may not be pin-to-pin with our devices, these devices can be replaces as followed, depending on the needs of the system:

• Si5332E-D-GM2 → LMK5B33414: 4 input, 14 output network synchronizer that can be used as a clock generator, or LMK03328: 2 input, 8 output clock generator
• Si53254A-D02AM → CDCDB40X/CDCDB80X: 1 input, 4/8 output PCIe gen 1-6 clock buffers
• Si5394E-A-GM → LMK5B33414: 4 input, 14 output network synchronizer that can be used as a clock generator, or LMK5B33216: 2 input, 16 output network synchronizer that can be used as a clock generator
