LMK00301: buffer a calibration signal minimum pulse width achievable

Part Number: LMK00301

Hello Experts,

We need your assistance with the customer's query below.

I am using the LMK00301 to buffer a calibration signal. The signal is periodical on a frequency between 1MHz and 10MHz but is not a 50% duty cycle. I was therefore wondering what is the minimal high time I can have. In other words, what is the minimum pulse width achievable with the buffer<
Also, I would like to know if the jitter characteristics of the chip are available for this operation

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Jonathan
