CDCE62005 Unused Inputs

I'm only using the PRI (+/-) inputs on the CDCE62005. Can I leave SEC and EXT_LF inputs floating, or should these be tied? If tied, what's recommended?

    You can leave EXT_LF pins floating if you are not using external loop filter.

    For unused SEC_REF inputs, here is the recommendation

    - Pull down SEC_REF- pin  to GND through 1k resistor

    - Pull up  SEC_REF+ pin to VCC through 1k resistor
