I wanted to know if it is possible to share with me the internal quarts resonant frequency within the CDCI6214EVM,
What is the quart's accuracy?
Also, when generating frequencies (100Mhz, 120Mhz) i can see that i have an accuracy of +- 100Hz, is that the case?
is there some way to go as down as +-10Hz?
Is it possible to have an external reference clock and work with it?

For new designs, we recommend the CDCE6214 over the CDCI6214.

The XTAL has a ±20 ppm frequency stability and ±30 ppm frequency tolerance.
The CDCE6214 has DCO mode, which allows for frequency increment/decrement with 10ppb or less step-size - the CDCI6214 does not have this feature.
