Ensure that you have pullup resistors for the I2C connections. Make sure that the traces to the other devices are impedance matched - a 22-Ohm resistor is series with the output trace is recommended. For best performance, it is recommended to isolate the VDD and VDDOUT supplies using a ferrite bead.

we will selection of a ferrite bead on the following three parameter:

DC impendance(0 to 5ohm)

DC current( 15% margin + max supply current)

resonance near low freuency(10-100kHz)

if any, Please advise me.

On the CDCE(L)9XX Performance Evaluation Module, we use the BLM31PG500SN1L, though this has a 50 ohm impedance.

The BLM21BB050SN1D may be suitable for your requirements.
