    We have paged our buffer expert. This is a very old product so it could be difficult to find this information given that it's not in the datasheet.

    Hi James,

    Based on the qualification data. I would say 125C is the maximum junction temperature for this part. Could you tell your application use case for the part ? because its ambient temperature is -40C to 85C for industrial use case and considering  Icc current and theta JA on this part. This part is operating around  temperature of about 95C.
