TLC555M: Radiation Data

Thanks. It looks like my reply with additional questions got lost.  I see that the lid is nickel plated ceramic, if that is true is it grounded?  And can you confirm whether the pads are plated Au or SnPb?  I've seen it described both ways, thanks.

I believe you are referring to TLC555MFKB in the 20-pin leadless LCCC package? If so, you are correct the lid is nickel-plated ceramic and the pad/lead finish is SnPb.

I'm looking into your question about the lid potential and so far I haven't been able to find a definitive answer. It may take a day or two to track down the proper documentation. Will let you know when I have an update.

Thanks for the confirmation. I've reached out to the product engineers covering this device, they should have access to the internal bond wiring and packaging information. Although It's likely I won't hear anything back after the 4th.
