Is there a ready reference to the capabilities of the device using EEPROM default pages on startup?

My work environment does not allow the loading of software that might allow me to review the effects of various presets.

Can you clarify what you mean a bit more on what you are looking for?
Are you only needing to know the default EEPROM configuration? This is 4x100 MHz LP-HCSL clocks with a 25 MHz reference on SECREF, without I2C enabled:
