Hi Fang,
Note that SPI is for push-pull fixed direction applications while I2C is for open-drain bidirectional applications.
Please see the TXU or the AXC family (TXU0304 / SN74AXC4T774) for SPI and the LSF or the TXS family (LSF0102 / TXS0102) for I2C similar to Voltage Translation Application Quick Reference, thanks.
