The data sheet instructs: to enter SPI mode after coming out of PDN (reset), pins 1, 2 and 9 (STATUS0, STATUS1, and HW_SW_CTRL) should be floating. We've done that. However, both during PDN and after, we measure about 0Vdc on the floating pins. On the Eval PCB, with an LMK05313 (non-B version), we measure VIM of about 0.8 V.
What do we need to do to get into the SPI mode after reset for the LMK05318B?
