on board programing the CDce913

I am trying to build a poor man's on-board CDCE913 programmer. I figured I could take the programmer I bought from TI, take SDA,SCL,GND and connect them to the CDCE on the board and once I pulled VDout low and I would be ready to go. No such luck.when I try , the software can not even find the PCB. Is this a dead end or is this possible?

    Bill,

     

    As we discussed yesterday, I shipped you a new EVM (performance). Hopefully you can use the I2C header pins to program your on board units. Can you please send us your programming EVM so that we can check here. I will send you the shipping address later.
