 When OUTPUT FORMAT is LVPECL , C5 and C10 are 0.01 uF in the Table 4(Output Termination Schemes).

 But in the 7.3 Bill of Materials, C5 and C10 are 0.1 uF.

 Are C5 and C10 0.01uF or 0.1uF?

    Hello, 

    The value for the AC-coupling capacitors can be either 0.1 uF or 0.01 uF without any significant differences to performance. The capacitor just acts as a high pass filter on the output, so changing its value only affects the cutoff frequency (which should be well below the output clock frequency in either case) and the settling time at startup (how long it takes for the capacitor to filter out the DC component and make the output common-mode settle around 0V).
