When we were doing the LMK5C33126 signal test, we saw that the T6 parameter of the SPI could not meet the requirement. I understand that this is the minimum time for the"sdo read" to send the data after the 33126 receives the clock signal, but if the oscilloscope probe is placed on the host end to test the sdo read , because there is a pcb trace, the test result does not meet the requirements. If the probe is placed on the 33126 device end because the signal reflection is serious, the signal has a large step, and the timing is also inaccurate.
