Hi,
Raneel,
For signal integrity, you can refer to the CDCE6214-Q1 IBIS model for simulation: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/snam233
The IBIS model is also available for the TXS0108EQPWRQ1, here: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/scem547
Thanks,
Kadeem
Hi Kadeem Samuel.
Thanks for the given data.
But I also need Signal integrity validation Standards like
the Channel specification IL /RL losses standards for the mentioned components.
Its my main requirement, So please provide validation standards data.
Regards,
Raneel
Hi Raneel,
- For clarity, what exactly are you looking for in the channel specifications?
- We unfortunately do not have any simulation data on IL or RL. Why do you need this for the CDCE? This data is typically measured for data transmission, not for clocks.
- As for the TXS part, I have contacted someone more familiar with that part who will respond shortly.
Thanks,
Cris
Thanks Cris.
For CDCE6214TWRGERQ1 and TXS0108EQPWRQ1 i am not asking IL/RL excatly ,
What ever data you can provide like EYE Diagram with mask is also accepted what ever data you have for SI validation please send
Regards,
Raneel
Hey Raneel,
Similar to the CDCE6214TWRGERQ1, we do not capture any sim. data on IL/RL characteristics for the TXS0108E. I have reached out to our validation team for any information in regards to signal integrity and will circle back to this thread.
Regards,
Jack
Raneel,
According to our validation team, we do not do an EYE diagram for any of our clock generators and all validation specs are done with good signal integrity.
A possible solution is you can model your end system using inductors, capacitors, and resistors and then use the IBIS model to run simulations.
Best,
Cris
Raneel,
Similar to the CDCE6214, there isn't any data we can provide in regards to signal integrity for the TXS0108E. However I would further suggest using the IBIS models similar to what Cris mentioned or evaluating the device EVM with your current system.
Regards,
Jack
