Dear Product line engineer
I use CDCE949 in my reference design. the schematic as below. I had remove R48 and measured Pin2(S0) is high. Pin 1 is a square-wave with 1.8V/1MHz by external signal generator. under this conditions, according datasheet page 15 figure 6, I'm expected a 1MHz signal at Y1~Y9 and Xout.
however, Xout wave as below figure shows. is this correct and normal? according my experience, it should be a 1MHz square-wave, Am I right? Y1~Y9 follows my expected with exactly same frequency.
