I am using the CDC16214 EVM along with the TI CS Pro software tool. When I bring up the software, it says Connection Mode: Disconnected. I have tried various USB cables and still no luck. I believe I may have a defective board. Could you help me to resolve this or send me a new eval board.

Are you using the CDCI6214EVM? Is this for a new project? We recommend using the CDCE6214 over the CDCI6214 for new projects.

We are in the process of placing the CDCI6214 into Not Recommended for New Designs (NRND), hence the request to switch to the CDCE6214.

If you can provide me with your shipping information, we can have a CDCE6214EVM shipped as a replacement for the CDCI6214EVM.
