LMX2694-EP: Jitter and clock configuration

Total jitter = sqrt(J1² + J2² + J3² +......+ Jn²).

So the total jitter in this case will be 801.8fs. 

What is the frequency? CDCLVP111 can only support up to 3.5GHz.

The frequency we want for clocking of four ADS5474 is 400MHz.
Would jitter 801.8fs result in significant performance degradation of ADS5474 if the input frequency is around 100MHz?
The datasheet shows measurements for jitter up to 200fs.

And the second question is if this configuration is appropriate in terms of jitter and also in terms of out-to-out skew which is 15ps for CDCLVP111?

Hi Vladimir,

You have to check with the ADC guys on the jitter requirement. 

Do you need space grade or not? If not, you may consider to use LMK04368-EP as a fanout buffer. This is a new part and has much better additive jitter.

Yes, we need to use space grade parts after the prototyping stage.
