LMX2486: LMX2486 Lock time

Lock time is roughly equal to 4 / loop bandwidth, but this is just a theoretical value, actual behavior may vary due to the ratio of fpd and loop bandwidth. 

you can use PLL Sim (www.ti.com/.../PLLATINUMSIM-SW) to do the filter design and simulate the lock time and phase noise.
