    JH,

    The LMK3H0102 supports two AC-LVPECL output clocks at the listed frequencies with no requirement for an external reference clock or external loop filter. 
    If synchronization with an external reference is required, the LMK5B12204 is a suitable replacement.

    Please let me know the full clocking requirements so that I may recommend the most appropriate solution for this application.
