Hello,

When you say DPA report do you mean "Destructive Physical Analysis"? If so, the data sheets cover this in which contain all of the validation information when testing the limits of the parts. Also, all other qualification testing is per standard JEDEC requirements and can be found in qualification memo on ti.com.
